Dan has provided businesses and individuals with accounting, tax, and financial planning services for the past 25 years.  He had worked for over ten years with internationally recognized accounting firms.  He graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and Economics, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).  Dan has been recognized by the AICPA as possessing the skills, and training, as a business valuation specialist.

Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and also the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Steve provides tax and personal financial planning services to privately owned businesses, physicians, and individual clients.  His 25 years of experience include six years with the public accounting firms of Ernst & Young (and successors), and Macdonald Page & Co.  He is a graduate of Towson State University, and holds a Masters Degree in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning, and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley College.

Steve is a member of the AICPA, and the International Association for Financial Planning.
